11ts.life is an event discovery platform that allows users to find, create, join, and manage local events and activities. The Service includes a mobile-first web application, map-based event discovery, user profiles, event management, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and expressly consenting during account creation or authentication, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from 11ts.life. These messages may include:

• One-time passwords (OTP) for account verification and authentication
• Event reminders and updates for events you have joined
• Notifications about event changes, cancellations, or important updates
• Account security alerts

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service. You may continue using the Service with email-only authentication after opting out of SMS.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Create events that are fraudulent, misleading, or harmful
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

6. Events and Content

Users who create events are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of event content. 11ts.life does not endorse or guarantee any user-created events.

We reserve the right to remove or modify events that violate these terms or our community guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

7. Points and Rewards

The Service may include a points system for event participation. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the points system at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content created by 11ts.life, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By uploading content (photos, event descriptions, etc.) to the Service, you grant 11ts.life a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11ts.life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11ts.life is not responsible for the conduct of any users, the quality or safety of events, or any interactions between users that occur as a result of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
